I provide group classes as a continuing education resource for groups of parents, teachers, and community members.

Consultations

Group classes and consultation visits to support your teachers and school community.

Parent Coaching

Individual parent coaching tailored to equip and empower you as you support and nourish your child.

  • Comprehensive assessment and skillful analyzation of current challenges with individualized action plan, role modeling to practice new skills, and take-home tools and resources. Sliding scale.

  • Each session is one hour.

    Recommended commitment of a 4 session series- with expectation of marked improvement of initial challenges after the series.

  • Parent coaching is available for single parents, one parent from a parenting duo, co-parents, partners, spouses, grandparents, and guardians.

    Ideally, if there are co-parents, both would be available to attend the same session. Adjustments based upon your family's needs can be made.

Home Visit

Support setting up/tailoring the home environment alongside parent and child.

Consultation to help grow parent toolbox– especially in regards to cultivating an environment that supports healthy behaviors.
